Barefoot Contessas Hash Browns Ina

Features:
    Cuisine:

Just made Ina's hash browns. Good. Be careful with the salt. Tasty but should be done not on medium low like she says for 20 minutes, should be higher. I only had problem of pan getting pretty messy. (An all-clad stainless steel 4 quart saute pan). Has to be soaked. Used 1 to 2 tablespoon chopped green onion and Italian flat parsley at end. used 4 big potatoes and 1 big onion. Be very careful that you don't put too much butter. Linda
