    Tilapia, , This was super easy and very tasty. I was a bit afraid the cayenne would be too spicy, but it wasn’t. I made the recipe as written, but I did pour the remaining butter/lemon onto the fish for a little extra moisture. The baking time was spot on. This is a keeper for sure.

    Combine Oregano, Chili Powder, Cayenne Pepper, and Salt.

    in a Shallow Bowl Combine the Melted Butter and Lemon Juice.

    Dip Fish Into Butter Mixture, Then Press Into the Spice Mixture.
