Stuffed Meatballs, Very versatile recipe Use whichever mince you prefer and whatever stuffing you like Make them big or small Have with pasta and sauce, or put into Ciabatta bread as a quick and tasty sandwich , I cut the recipe in half and made 4 meatballs After frying I added 2 cups of pasta sauce and served over spaghetti This made 2 generous servings and the meatballs were very tasty I will be adding this recipe to my OAMC repertoire Next time I will try them on a hoagie roll Made for PAC Spring 08 Thanks for posting Bev , i have to say, this recipe was intresting! I have never had a stuffed meatball, now that i have i feel like i’ve been missing out, we made these for meatball subs, and the were a huge hit! I did have to cook them about 5 mins longer than stated but thats nothing compared to the great results you end up with, word of caution, make sure you seal these well, i almost wanted to add an egg but didn’t, in the end a few were oozing with melted cheese but i’m not complaining one bit 🙂 thanks for the keeper!
