Directions
Pear and Gruyere Omelet,Pears and creamy Swiss Gruyere fill this easy omelet.,I love gruyere, and it is awesome in omelets. The pear was mild and a little sweet. An interesting combination. I made my omelet a little differently then the instructions, cooking it on low heat instead, so the eggs wouldn’t get too brown before cooking all the way through. Served with toast and tomatoes.

Melt 3 Tablespoon of the Butter in Saut Pan. |

Saut Pear Slices Until Just Turning Soft. |

Beat Together Eggs, Cream or Milk, and Salt & Pepper Until Blended but not Frothy. |

Melt Remaining Butter in Omelet Pan Over High Heat Until Foam Begins to Recede but Before Beginning to Color. |
