Javanese Roasted Salmon, I don’t know where I found this recipe but my boys love it. It’s very simple and I usually have all the ingredients on hand., This recipe is definitely a keeper. Served with sweet potato fries and dipped them into the sauce– it was to die for!

Melt Butter in Heavy Large Saucepan Over Medium Heat.
