Pork Tenderloin With Gravy, My family loves this quick and easy meal. It is easy to double if needed., I was unsure of trying this because I was afraid it would dry out the pork but it didn’t. The gravy thickened much quicker than I expected so I added more water, perhaps another cup. used red wine vinegar and no mushrooms. The pork was tender and juicy and the gravy was very good. I thinned it too much this time but will be more careful next time. Very nice recipe and so quick., This is certainly the easy quick-fix that all the reviewers have bragged on and it was ideal w/mashed potatoes and buttered carrots. It is tasty, ingredient-friendly and family-friendly — even easier for me as used canned mushrooms. It was a bit salty for us, but that is clearly a matter of personal preference. The gravy is a nice change of pace that you do not get w/a roasted or grilled tenderloin. Thx for sharing this recipe w/us.
