Sauteed Zucchini With Mushrooms for Two, This is a nice little dish, the flavours blend so nicely. Its become a favorite around here. This recipe can be doubled ot tripled., I really loved this simple dish. I too used onion rather than shallots. Thanks for sharing this nice keeper., used sweet yellow onion instead of shallots because it was what I had on hand and added a splash of red wine towards the end. Very yummy!
