Panko Crusted Pork Chops With Creamy Herb

Features:
    Cuisine:

I made this for dinner tonight but omitted the creamy herb dressing due to DH's aversion to creamy dressings. The pork chops turned out very tender and juicy with a savory smokey flavor and crunchy outer coating. The only thing I would change is omitting the salt from the flour & seasoning mixture, since the soy sauce in the egg mixture provides an adequate amount of saltiness.
