Crock Pot Breakfast Apple Cobbler

    Cuisine:

used five apples, and after reading the reviews here, threw in 2 cups of water. I let it cook from 10pm to 7am, and it turned out great. I could probably have even gotten away with 1 cup of water, but I'm very happy with how it turned out.

Crock Pot Breakfast Apple Cobbler,This makes a great breakfast or dessert for 2. Put it on before bed and its ready in the morning and the house smells like apples.,used five apples, and after reading the reviews here, threw in 2 cups of water. I let it cook from 10pm to 7am, and it turned out great. I could probably have even gotten away with 1 cup of water, but I’m very happy with how it turned out.,Ok. Well…I didn’t REALLY follow the recipe. I have a weird reaction to honey, so I substituted maple syrup and raspberry syrup. I also had everything in the crock pot for about 3 hours on high and it was definitely finished after that. It made about 4 servings. Although I was missing the crunch of apple crisp, the granola cereal turned into a VERY yummy oatmeal sort of thing – very satisfying for breakfast!
