Awesome Low Carb Salmon Patties, These are so delish that you don’t even know they are LC., These were so easy to make, and were super delicious! I’m doing keto, so I’m always looking for savory, low-carb meals, and these did not disappoint. I tweaked a few things – I didn’t have pork rinds to add so I went without, used onion powder as I didn’t have an onion, and used minced garlic from a jar instead of a fresh garlic clove. They still turned out great, and I will definitely be making these often. Thanks for sharing this recipe!, What oil do you use for frying them in?
