    Wash and Slice Mushrooms, at Least 1/2 Inch Thick (or Quarters).

    Heat Olive Oil in a Non Stick Sautee Pan.

    Add Mushrooms and Allow to Brown, Before Stirring or Moving Pan.

    Once Mushrooms Have Browned Nicely, Season With Salt and Pepper and Serve.
