    Preheat the Oven to 200c Cut Each Sheet of Puff Pastry Into 12 Squares. Brush Each With Tomato Sauce. Place a Frankfurt in the Middle of Each Square and Roll. Brush Pastry With Egg and Sprinkle With Poppy Seeds If Using.

    Bake For 12-15 Minutes Until Golden.
