Mexi Cashews,Served at our wedding. A little pre-wedding snack with cocktails. Cashews are the perfect sweet nut for these pungent seasoning.,Wow. I was skeptical about the amount of cumin, and while it was baking, I was doubtful. Just ate one and CANNOT BELIEVE how delicious they are!!!! I added lemon juice to the egg white. Thanks for the great recipe!,I wasn’t sure whether to use raw or roasted cashews, so used raw. They turned out really well. They don’t really crunch up until they have cooled. I thought I had done something wrong. I made them for a birthday gift for my dad.
