Directions
Mexi Cashews, Served at our wedding. A little pre-wedding snack with cocktails. Cashews are the perfect sweet nut for these pungent seasoning., Wow. I was skeptical about the amount of cumin, and while it was baking, I was doubtful. Just ate one and CANNOT BELIEVE how delicious they are!!!! I added lemon juice to the egg white. Thanks for the great recipe!, I wasn’t sure whether to use raw or roasted cashews, so used raw. They turned out really well. They don’t really crunch up until they have cooled. I thought I had done something wrong. I made them for a birthday gift for my dad.
