Buffalo Fries, This is my version of the Buffalo Fries served at the Tommyknocker Brewery in Idaho Springs, CO They are sooo good! This recipe can easily be doubled or scaled down for one I like my fries drenched in the hot sauce and blue cheese, by all means don’t add as much as is called for if you prefer Enjoy!, These are something else! Super yummy!, Pretty good i would say Flavor was really good As the other reviews started the fries don’t remain cruncy but i think that should be expected They weren’t soggy by any means eather I put them under the broiler with the blue cheese and some of the hot sauce burned onto the fries (kind of like a BBQ Grill which i really liked actually) Definitely will make again!!!
