Preheat an Oven to 425 Degrees. |

Place the Okra in a Bowl or Plastic Ziplock Bag and Toss With Olive Oil. Arrange the Okra in One Layer on a Foil Lined Baking or Cookie Sheet. Sprinkle With Salt and Pepper. |
