    Hungry Jack Casserole, This is a recipe I grew up on and is my favorite. I usually double the recipe because people always want seconds., Takes me back. My dad didn’t cook much, because mom was usually in the kitchen, but this was one thing he did make. I love it. Haven’t had it in years, because , my kids don’t care for it., We love this casserole! I make it just as it says but I put cornbread on top. It really is delicious!
