Spicy Indian Tava Chana Recipe: A Flavorful Garbanzo Bean Delight

Features:
    Cuisine:

Lately, I have been on a kick... using dried fenugreek leaves. I loveeeeee this so much! *laugh*. This recipe is similar to a recipe I make, but I will admit that this one is much better! I love the addition of the tandoori masala and chat masala.. they definitely give this a different flavor along with the methi (did I mention I love methi!!!! ;-) ) Served this with chappati!

You could substitute the tandoori masala with Garam masala. You could omit the chaat masala. Although the kasuri methi does add a distinct flavor, it can be omitted.
