Carrot-Apple Salad, This is a low-calorie, refreshing salad that would be good at potlucks (recipe can be expanded easily) or to make for a summer afternoon to go along side grilled meats , This was excellent, nutritious, easy, and low in calories I will be including this as one of my favorite salads I made one change because I didn’t have any plain yogurt, but I happened to have some lime yogurt (there’s lemon in the recipe anyway) I omitted the honey because it was already sweetened, but kept everything else Thank you

Peel and Grate the Carrots and Apples. Place Them in a Salad Bowl, Then Add the Celery. |
