    Steps

    1
    Done

    Pretzel Dough:

    2
    Done

    Preheat Oven to 400°f.

    3
    Done

Prepare a Baking Sheet Sprayed With Pan Spray. Set Aside.

    4
    Done

    1. Pour the Water Into a Wide, High-Sided Pot or Saucepan. Ensure That There Is Plenty of Room Between the Surface of the Water and the Top of the Pan (at Least 3 Inches).

    5
    Done

    Bring Water to a Boil.

    6
    Done

While Heating the Water, Shape Your Dough. Cut the Dough Into Two Pieces. One Piece Should Be 2/3 of the Total Dough (about 5.5 Oz) and the Other Should Be 1/3 (about 2.5 Oz).

    7
    Done

Roll the Larger Dough Piece Into a Ball, and Then Stretch Into a Disc to Form the Bottom of Your Pizza. the Disc Should Be About 1/4 Inch Thick.

    8
    Done

Roll the Smaller Dough Piece Into a Rope Long Enough to Wrap Around Your Dough Disc. This Will Be the Crust Later.

    9
    Done

Once Boiling, Add the Baking Soda. the Water Will Fizz For a Moment and Then Settle Down.

    10
    Done

Place the Pizza Disc Into the Baking Soda-Water Mixture For 1 Minute. Press Down Into the Water to Ensure That Both the Top and Bottom Come Into Contact With the Water. Using a Spatula, Remove the Dough Disc from the Water and Place It on the Baking Sheet.

    11
    Done

Repeat With the Dough Rope. After 1 Minute in the Water, Remove the Dough and Arrange the Rope Around the Bottom of the Pizza Disc to Form a Crust. Don't Worry About Getting the Crust to Stick to the Bottom - the Boiled Dough Will Be Sticky Enough to 'glue' the Two Pieces Together.

    12
    Done

Bake the Pizza Crust For 15 Minutes, Until Partially Baked.

    13
    Done

    Spinach Artichoke Dip:

    14
    Done

While the Dough Is Baking, Make the Spinach Artichoke Filling.

    15
    Done

in a Large Bowl, Mix the Cream Cheese and Greek Yogurt Until Combined.
