    Scallop Saute, This is SO easy, and very good. I just pile this on a plate and add a side , and a small salad., Excellent– Delicious! Love the recipe; so did my dinner guest., I really liked this recipe: simple, easy to prepare and great flavor. To me the lemon really makes it.

    Heat Butter in 12in Skillet.
