    Fried Sumac Eggs,Another great recipe I found online.,Amazing flavor! So easy to make!,Very good.The tangy taste of sumac is so unexpected on eggs.I fried my eggs in salted butter so omitted the salt.

    Heat the Oil in a Non-Stick Frying Pan. Break the Eggs Carefully Into the Pan. (try not to Break the Yoke).

    Sprinkle With Sumac, Salt, & Pepper. Continue to Fry the Egg Until the White Part Is No Longer Runny & the Yoke Is Done to Your Preference.
