    Southwest Sauteed Corn, From Healthy Cooking (A Taste of Home magazine) Aug/Sept 2008 Submitted by Chandy Ward of Aumsville, Oregon , Delicious!! Wish I had made more! The whole family loved the tasty, colorful corn side dish So simple to make, I will definately make it again, its citrusy and went very well with recipe #213754 and recipe #304670 it added color , i didnt have fresh cilantro just dried and went very easy on it this is a pretty side on the plate

    In a Large Nonstick Skillet, Saute Corn in Butter Until Tender. Reduce Heat to Medium-Low; Add the Tomato, Lime Juice, Salt and Cumin. Cook and Stir For 3-4 Minutes or Until Heated Through. Remove from Heat and Stir in Cilantro.
