Baked Salmon With Cilantro And Lime

Features:
    Cuisine:

I love this recipe. My 7 and 9 year olds request it all the time! It's so easy to make. I usually make baby red roasted potatoes with this; just toss them in olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme and garlic power, and stick them in the oven 20 minutes before putting the salmon in. I prepare the salmon and salad in that 20 minutes. A hit every time; the salmon is delicious added leftover, as well.
