Mexican Hot Chocolate, Wonderful comfort drink , I’ve made this recipe numerous times and keep forgetting to review it It’s wonderful It reminds me of the Mexican hot chocolate from our favorite Mexican restaurant in NYC I tweak this recipe by using 2 1/2 tablespoons of sugar instead of the 4, and it is sweet enough I enjoy this hot chocolate with Stella D’oro anisette sponge cookies , I suggest adding a sprinkle of cayenne pepper I always add this to any cocoa Try it
