Buttermilk Panko-Crusted Oven Fried

Features:
    Cuisine:

This was fabulous and using the parchment paper was great - absolutely no clean up! I will make it again and try the oil method also - which may make it more like fried chicken. I didn't have enough panko left so I mixed it with regular seasoned bread crumbs.

Buttermilk Panko-Crusted Oven Fried Chicken, This is the best oven fried chicken I’ve ever made, hands down. The buttermilk marinade makes for deliciously juicy chicken and the panko comes out crispy every time. Prep time doesn’t include marinating time., This was fabulous and using the parchment paper was great – absolutely no clean up! I will make it again and try the oil method also – which may make it more like fried chicken. I didn’t have enough panko left so I mixed it with regular seasoned bread crumbs., Can you substitute chicken breasts
