Adjust Servings:

2 cups grated cheddar cheese or 2 cups swiss cheese (8 oz)
1/2 cup mayonnaise (or more if needed for desired consistency)
1 small onion, chopped
8 slices bacon, cooked crisply and crumbled
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
5 drops hot pepper sauce

In regards to the 3 pieces I just pulled my biscuits apart into 3 equal pieces and flattened out each one with my palm Worked great!! Can’t wait to make again 🙂

    Preheat Oven to 350f.

    Separate Each Biscuit Into 3 Pieces.

    Place on Baking Sheet.

    Combine the Cheese, Mayo, Onion, Bacon, Sugar, Garlic Salt and Hot Pepper Sauce in a Medium Bowl; Mix Well.

    Place a Spoonful of the Mixture, Spreading Evenly, on Each Biscuit Round.
