Separate the Eggs, and Beat the Egg Yolks Until Thick and Lemon Coloured. |

Slowly Add 1/2 of the Icing Sugar, and Beat Constantly. |

Beat Egg Whites Until Stiff. |

Add Remaining Sugar- a Little at a Time, Beating Constantly. |
