The Ultimate Breakfast Frittata,This looks so nice when it’s done, with the cheese bubbling on top. And it tastes as good as it looks! You could also use left over cooked potatoes, sliced, instead of cooking them especially for this dish.,After combing through several recipes for my wife’s Bday Brunch, landed on this one because “ultimate frittata”, and we had all the ingredients. Well, it was every bit ultimate and won the weekend for me. It just became the savory breakfast go-to! Went really well with fresh sliced avocado and some sour cream on the side.,The fritata says for 3 or 4 people……How big pan? Or was recipe doubled for more?
