Skillet Okra and Rice, This is from a March 1994 Betty Crocker cookbooklet My garden is doing great and I was looking for new and different ways to prepare okra This is a nice low-fat version , I made this using fresh ingredients from the garden and farm box I doubled the garlic, which is standard for our garlic loving family It was very good, but I may add a little more seasoning next time , This was a nice way to use okra and I enjoyed it very much The flavors blended really well Thank you for posting! In a 10-Inch Nonstick Skillet, Heat the Oil Over Medium-High Heat. |
