Olive Garden Zuppa Toscana, used Italian turkey sausage, and turkey bacon I also added 1/2 tsp hot pepper flakes , I have made this a couple of times and it is delicious everytime!! used kale the first time but since I live in the country used frozen spinach and it is just as good Also sub evaporated milk for cream too with excellent results I just love this stuff!! Thanks Leslie O :), I made it slightly better from diabetics by subbing sweet potato I also used fresh collards instead of kale The latter was just a personal preference It turned out great!

Cook Ground Sausage, Until Done. Cook Bacon and Onion Over Medium Heat, When Bacon Is Crisp, Take It Out of the Pan and Leave the Onion. |

Add Garlic to the Onion, and Cook 1 Minute. |
