I'm delighted to see this recipe posted! It is one I've been making for years too with lots of complements. You shouldn't use anything but Hellman (or Best) mayonnaise; it makes all the difference in the world. In a molded form it serves up beautifully with an array of accompanying crackers. I sometimes even use the tiny canned shrimp (4 oz.) well rinsed; they require minimal chopping.

Dissolve Gelatin in Water and Set Aside.

Over Low Heat, Melt Cream Cheese Into Soup.

Combine Mayonnaise, Horseradish, Mustard and Pepper in Bowl.
