Best Fried Chicken, Our Sunday favorite! Allow time to chill before cooking , I was looking for a recipe to use some bone-in chicken breasts and came across this one So on 4/2/09 I made this for mine and SO’s dinner I let the chicken soak in buttermilk for about 5 hours, and followed the recipe as written I think I might have cooked the chicken too long, as it was on the really dry side to me And my SO and I both thought that it could have used a bit more seasoning Thanks for posting, and Keep Smiling 🙂
