Zucchini and Cheese Casserole, I’m not a huge fan of zucchini, but like everyone else, I seem to end up with an abundance of them from the garden. I found this recipe on another site can’t remember which one and I really enjoy it, though I can’t say its all that healthy. Gotta love the cheese!, Very good, we enjoyed this very much. Easy to prepare and full of veggie goodness, this was enjoyed by us all. I did give the zucchini and the onion 5 minutes in the microwave to soften them up a little, after which they were cooked to perfection in the oven. Good flavour, I will make this again, thanks, Kim! Preheat Oven to 350f. |

in a Medium Bowl, Pour the Melted Butter Over the Bread. |
