Crusty Baked Chicken,This is so easy to make; you won’t believe how juicy the chicken is. The potato flakes makes the skin so crusty. Lovely with a simple green salad, baguette and fresh fruit.,OMG!!! This chicken is to die for, so perfect!!! It is going into my best of 2016 folder. I can’t wait to make it again for the family some weekend. I have tried many of fried chicken recipes and usually don’t care for the ones with much more than salt, pepper, seasoned salt and pepper as they often overpower the chicken. This one is so different to me, not one spice/seasoning took over and it had such a great flavor. Thanks for sharing another wonderful recipe BK!!

Preheat Oven 400f. |

Trim and Wash Chicken, Pat Dry and Set Aside. |

in a Large Bowl, Beat Egg and Milk Together. |

in a Separate Bowl, Combine Potato Flakes, Salt, Paprika, Garlic Salt, Ground Pepper, Poultry Seasoning and Cheese. |

Dip Chicken in Egg Then Roll in the Potato Flake Mixture. |

Place Chicken on Pan and Sprinkle With Melted Butter. |

Bake in 400f Oven For 45 Minutes, Turning the Chicken Once. |

Increase Oven Temperature to 425f and Bake For Another 10- 15 Minutes. |
