1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup water
3/4 cup long grain rice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika

    I omitted the onions but added some celery which I slightly sauted prior to adding the chicken. I also added 1 small can of mushrooms just prior to putting everything in the baking dish. Baked at 350 for one hour. Delish!

    Chicken & Long Grain Rice, This is one of those dishes that you might find making over and over again There is so much you can add to this and it still taste great , I omitted the onions but added some celery which I slightly sauted prior to adding the chicken I also added 1 small can of mushrooms just prior to putting everything in the baking dish Baked at 350 for one hour Delish!, We thought this was a good simple, basic comfy casserole Instructions didn’t say whether to cover I did and it turned out fine

    In a Large Skillet Heat Oil and Margarine.

    Add Chicken and Onion Cook and Stir Until Chicken Is Lightly Browned and Onions Are Tender.

    Stir in Remaining Ingredients.

    Transfer to a Greased 1-1/2 Quart Casserole Dish.

    Bake at 370f For 1 Hour or Until Rice Is Tender.
