Taiwanese Pork Chops, This is a recipe I found on the Safeway website which is a little different than a similar recipe already posted in the database. It offers yet another choice if you’re looking for Asian inspiration in preparing pork chops with a Taiwanese flair. Prep time includes 1 hour of marinating time., I really like five spice, so this was up my alley. I increased the ingrediants for a serving of 6 ( I wanted leftovers for lunch the next day!), and marinated for an hour. I have to say the next time I make these I will let them marinate longer to get more flavor. I did not fry the chops, just a personal preference, but instead baked them. I thought they turned out great! These chops were delicious!
