Baked Spaghetti Squash With Chicken and Veggies, A recipe that is enjoyed at out house Great flavor and very healthy Have an extra serving and you need not feel guilty Accompanied with a salad and a crusty roll makes for a complete meal , Great recipe! I diced fresh tomatoes myself the night before and left them to soak in italian seasonings in the fridge overnight I left out the cheese, and I did not bake it I put the chicken and veggies on a bed of spaghetti squash and served with fresh corn on the cob It was amazing! Loved it My picky son even asked for seconds twice

Place Squash on a Baking Sheet and Bake For 40 Minutes or Until Tender. Remove from Heat ,Cool and Shred With a Fork. |

Reduce Oven Temp to 350f. |

in a Skillet Over Medium Heat, Brown and Cook Chicken Pieces; Add Peppers, Onion and Garlic. |
