Griby Marinovannye (Russian Marinated Mushrooms), Found on pitt edu/ and posted for Culinary Quest on yuku com/ This may be served in a dish or on bread , I love marinated mushrooms, but I’ve never had any that tasted this light and fresh I thought I would really miss the vinegar, but the lemon juice filled in nicely used all olive oil, and I left these to marinate overnight I tried a few the first day they were ready, and they were very good, but they just seem to keep getting better the longer they sit Thanks for posting!
