Fluffy Sourdough Pancakes Recipe – Perfect for Breakfast

    Great recipe and resulted in light fluffy pancakes. I did change it a bit, instead of making the starter, used my own left over sourdough starter and worked like a charm, though I think next time I'd not let it sit for the whole hour, thinking with my strong starter 30 minutes would have been enough. It was easy and a real hit here at my house.

    The Night Before, Mix 2 Cups Flour and the 2 Cups of Milk.

    Keep in Microwave or a Cool Dark Place Covered Over Night.
