Savory Beef Paprika

Features:
    Cuisine:

I was pleasantly surprised by this recipe. I had tried a similar one from AllRecipes.com and it called for so much brown sugar, it tasted like sweet barbecue sauce and I had sworn off ever making it again. This recipe uses much less brown sugar so the sweetness level was more tolerable for me. I will try holding the brown sugar the next time I make this and see how it turns out. I simmered the sauce for 30 minutes because I was in a rush to get dinner on the table, and the sauce turned out very nice. Also used beef broth instead of water for the slurry to add more flavor. I will definitely make this again. Thanks for renewing my faith in Beef Paprika! :
