Garlic Boursin Cheese Spread,A very buttery and smooth cheese spread.,Is it possible to make this without using a food processor or blender? I have a hand mixer but I’m not sure that would do the trick,use to work in a restaurant in Miami many years ago,they had there own recipe which was garlic powder, butter and cream cheeses wich I thought was very good . But this recipe is AMAZING!!!! Thank you very much:) can’t stop making it yummy.
