Sudanese Cinnamon Tea , This is a lovely simple recipe for traditional cinnamon tea as it is drunk in Sudan You can reduce / increase the servings easily also Posted for ZWT 4 , I actually followed the directions & enjoyed the tea very much! As someone else mentioned, how can anything with cinnamon be bad? Thanks, hunny, for a delicious cuppa!, yummyyyyy! I love cinnamon drinks, and I never tried english tea before (I normally drink green tea), so this was a treat! I do have a sweet tooth, especially during Ramadan, so I did add just a hair more sugar, but other than that this was great! Thanks Um Safia!

Steps

1 Done	Place 4 Cups of Boiling Water in a Tea Pot With the Tea & Allow to Brew For a Few Minutes Then Stir.
2 Done	Place 1 Cinnamon Stick & 1 Sugar Lump in a Tea Cup & Pour the Tea Slowly Over Them.
3 Done	Serve With an Additional Bowl of Sugar Lumps For Guests to Add If They Like. (you May Also Add a Cinnamon Stick to the Tea Pot Whilst the Tea Is Brewing For a Stronger Cinnamon Flavour).
