    Garlic Boursin Cheese Spread, A very buttery and smooth cheese spread , Is it possible to make this without using a food processor or blender? I have a hand mixer but I’m not sure that would do the trick, use to work in a restaurant in Miami many years ago, they had there own recipe which was garlic powder, butter and cream cheeses wich I thought was very good But this recipe is AMAZING!!!! Thank you very much:) can’t stop making it yummy

    In a Food Processor, Add Garlic and Process Until Finely Chopped, Stopping Once to Scrape Down Sides.

    Add the Remaining Ingredients and Process Until Smooth, Stopping Twice to Scrape Down Sides.

    (you May Use Only 1 Clove of Garlic, If You Prefer).
