Canadian Coffee,A wonderful end to a meal!,used grade a amber maple syrup from butternut farms its amazing what amazon will bring you lol this is really nice cherry bombers,This was delicious though I have to say that I made one change. First, I tried whipping cream and maple syrup together, and it didn’t turn out well. So I made the coffee as directed in the recipe, topped it with canned whipped cream and drizzled pure maple syrup (amber) on top. That looked much more appetizing than my first attempt. Thanks, Charmie777. Made for Culinary Quest 2015 (Canada/Quebec).
