Omega 3 has lots of protein and fiber and is an essential fatty acid critical for heart health, brain development, reducing inflammation and joint pain, managing depression, preventing dry eyes, lowering cholesterol, controlling high blood pressure, protecting bone health........ I also added coconut oil good for brain health and so much more. I did used frozen strawberries and kefir milk. Make for ZWT #8 the Aztec Challenge. Gracia's!
