Traditional Swiss Muesli: A Healthy Breakfast Classic

    Grate the apples and mix with a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice (I actually pure a whole skinned lemon for this). Stir into the muesli and you have it all done ahead of time! No last minute prep. I also use yogurt instead of milk. Berries, frozen or fresh, and chopped walnuts, both added at serving time increase the "yummy index"!

    Swiss Muesli, I make a container of this once a week & keep it in the fridge to have for breakfast every morning It is a healthy, nutritious and delicious way to start the day!
