Leftover Bread Patties, I always feel guilty about throwing away leftover bread I once tried leaving it out for the birds, but my cat thought that was a good way to bait them, and then, well, poor birdies This makes a very yummy light lunch or snack If you have some really great bread and some really great cheese, you’ve got yourself a gourmet dish , Always glad to find new uses for old bread; I can’t stand to leave it unused either Plus it’s always nice to have quick meals that are easy on the budget! :o) This was really easy to put together and tasty The girls, of course, had ketchup on theirs (sigh) but I topped mine with sprouts, tomatoes, etc We will be using this again I’m thinking it would be good with leftover focaccia bread or an herb bread, too Thanks for giving me another meatless meal option!, I haven’t tried this recipe, but I give you high marks for creativity It definitely sounds like it would taste good, and be a good use for leftover bread
