I made this as written, just adding a little salt and pepper. I think next time I’d add some fresh lemon juice and some fresh herbs just to enhance the flavor of those crisp veggies.     Combine Tomatoes, Cucumber, Onion, and Peppers in a Mixing Bowl and Toss.
