    Amazing Chicken, A very quick and tasty chicken recipe for 2. Can easily be doubled, tripled or more., This dish was easy to make and yummy. I paired it with mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. I’m a vegetarian and didn’t eat it, but everyone else that did raved about it. That said…if a vegetarian can make it, you can too!!!!

    Flatten Each Chicken Breast to 1/2 Inch Thickness.

    Spread 1 Ounce or 1 Wedge of Cheese Onto Each Breast.

    Place Seam Side Down in Baking Dish and Bake For 40 Minutes at 400 Degrees Fahrenheit.
